Children under the age of eighteen stay free with parents.
4 Adults Maximum Per Cottage. Our minimum stay is 2 nights except on holidays when a 3 night minimum applies.
We do not issue refunds for reserved cottages for early check out. Please be sure of your schedule.
Small, well behaved, non aggressive dogs are allowed in some units, there is a $25.00 non refundable pet fee due on check in. IF YOU WISH TO BRING YOUR DOG PLEASE NOTIFY US IN ADVANCE!
To secure your room in advance we require a deposit of one nights rent in advance. If you need to cancel your reservation please do so at least one week in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
All charges are payable in advance upon reservation or check in.

- COTTAGES ARE STRICTLY NON SMOKING INSIDE!Smoked, damaged or trashed out cottages will result in charges which will definitely get your attention. We want you to have fun but have zero tolerance for property abuse.
- The minimum additional cleaning fee to restore a cottage to a smoke free state is 100.00.
- Please be courteous to others and keep volume levels reasonable. Quiet time, by city ordinance, is 10:00 pm. Absolutely NO FISH CLEANING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF COTTAGES! NO DISPOSAL OF SEAFOOD SCRAPS, BAIT ETC IN TRASH CANS OR DUMPSTER! There is a very nice fish cleaning facility at Roberts Point Park available free of charge.
- Please leave your cottage reasonably clean. This includes washing dishes you use and placing trash in dumpster by office. Do not use towels for car washing or beach excursions. Excess cleaning charges will be assessed for unreasonable amounts of cleaning.
- The occupancy limit of our cottages is four persons. If you have more than the allowed occupancy limits staying in the rental property you will be asked to leave without any refund. Exceptions may be made for small children but please ask first.
- Some of our cottages allow dogs with advance payment of a $25.00 non-refundable pet fee. We will allow one dog no larger than 25 lbs. Pets must be leashed outside and picked up after by owner.
- Please follow posted pool rules. No food or glass containers around pool, please.
- Check out time is 12:00 noon. Please leave keys on dresser and lock door behind you, no need to call or notify manager unless you are leaving early. For mechanical emergencies with your cottage, please call manager at 361-749-2001.
- I agree to be bound by these rules and regulations of Spanish Village and I will be responsible for all damage or cleanup in excess of normal wear and tear in the cottage that I am renting or elsewhere on the property. I agree to allow my credit card to be charged for the costs to repair or replace any such damaged property or for excess cleaning charges.
